Zcollector Return Policy is governed by the following conditions:

• Customer to initiate the return process here within 3 days of delivery

• Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance cost for full value of the item

• Return the item in the condition it was in at the time of sale with original invoice

• Ship item to the place of origin within 7days of delivery
