We want you to enjoy shopping with us—therefore every transaction is backed by our Purchase Protection Policy, ensuring the piece of mind to shop with confidence, knowing that your purchase, with Authenticity Guarantee, will arrive as described. Our Purchase Protection Policy ensures a great experience for all our customers.

Placing an Order

After registering you can log in to place your order. Proceed to checkout and verify your ship-to-address. Your credit card will not be charged. You will receive an email confirming shipping cost (complimentary shipping on all orders except furniture) within 24 hours to view through your online account. Once you approve shipping and your credit card has been authorized, your order status will appear as "completed".  You will receive an email with confirmation number and tracking number. If you have any questions, please call us prior to checkout.


Placing an Order by Telephone

If you wish to discuss your order, you may do so by calling 860-681-1028. We are here 9am to 8pm EST, Monday-Friday and 9am-6pm Saturdays.



Worry-Free Cancelation

Without giving reason, a buyer has a 3-day grace period to cancel an order. The buyer must inform us of the decision to cancel the order within given time to ensure immediate processing of the transaction. Inform us here or call 860.681-1028. After 3-day right to cancel an order, at this time your order is "In Progress" status, no changes or cancellations of your order can be made at this time  Store credit will be issued in the amount of purchase price and taxes if applicable after the merchandise has returned to our location. Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance.  

Representations and Warranties

Zcollector represents and warrants that any antique purchased on is authentic and genuine as stated on the Site and described by invoice. Our antiques are vetted to ensure authenticity, fine workmanship, and condition. Condition is extremely important to the market value of an object. Generally, objects in good and stable condition are more valuable. Therefore works that are beyond normal wear and tear, or have been improperly restored are not offered on Zcollector. We provide exceptional support and encourage you to get in touch if you have questions; a conversation with us always ends in a piece of mind. A note about our antiques here. 


All prices quoted on are in US$ and exclusive of shipping charges unless otherwise stated here.

Sales Tax Policy

Zcollector does not collect sales or use taxes unless your order is delivered within the state of Connecticut. As such, the appropriate sales tax 6.35%. will apply.

Insured Global Delivery

We aim to make the shipping process as seamless and satisfying. Our alliance with some of the best local, and national fine art shippers allows us to ship safely and expeditiously. In most cases a quote will be available within 24 hours to view through your online account. Most items are shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping details here 

Import Tariffs + Fees

International purchases may incur import duties and fees in the destination country and as such is the buyer's responsibility to pay all additional custom charges, VAT or tariffs.

Tracking an Order

You can track the status of your order online at Zcollector. Sign in to your account to view your order history or check the status of your most recent order.

Zcollector accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and business and personal checks. PayPal data encryption and 24/7 real--time transaction monitoring help keep your payments safe. 

Return Policy

To initiate a return, contact Zcollector within 3 days of delivery. We do not charge a restocking fee. Return the merchandise to the place from where it was shipped to you in the condition it was in at the time of sale. Damaged or Lost in Transit

Issues do come up but be assured we have a process in place to rectify them. If your item is lost or damaged accidentally, initiate a return here. We will work with you to make it right. 


Purchase Eligibility:


  • The item was damaged in transit or never delivered

  • You haven't accepted damaged package and you have informed the carrier, listed on your invoice, of damaged package within
    24 hrs of delivery date


  • You notified Zcollector within 24hrs of the delivery date

  • Buyer agrees that failure to inspect merchandise or notify shipping company within given time will result in a waiver of any claims by the Buyer

  • Items that are accurately described and not damaged are not eligible but you may still return item for store credit only
