We provide Zcollector's Web Site and Zcollector's applications for mobile and tablet devices in order to provide you with our services. The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of this Internet site located at www.zcollector.com  (collectively, the "Site") and is by and between Zcollector (referred to herein as "Zcollector", "we, "us, or "our") and you, on behalf of yourself and the buyer, member or supplier for which you have registered.  By using, viewing, transmitting, and/or otherwise utilizing the Site, the services or functions offered in or by the Site and/or the contents of the Site in any way, your use of this Site conveys your expressed agreement to each and all of the terms and conditions set forth below, and waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in this Agreement. If you do not agree to each and all of these Terms and Conditions and our privacy policy, please do not access or use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time and, unless otherwise indicated, such changes will become effective immediately. We encourage you to please check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this Agreement will mean you accept those changes.

2. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES​

Zcollector represents and warrants that any item purchased on zcollector.com is authentic and genuine as on the Site and described in the written invoice. We deliver on that promise by offering antiques of genuine and sound quality. Each vetted for its authenticity, fine workmanship, and condition. That is why we are confident in the quality we offer. We orientate our business in accordance with a principled approach and strive to ensure accurate representation of all our antiques by describing each item to the best of our knowledge and through the use of outside experts. Buyer is aware that items are not new, and as such they exhibit the uniqueness that only age can render.

3. PURCHASE PROTECTION POLICY

We are committed to ensure piece of mind to shop with confidence, knowing that your purchase will arrive as described. If your item is lost, or damaged accidentally, there is a process in place to make it right. Learn more about our Purchase Protection Policy here.

4. ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE SITE

In order to use this Site, you must be18 years of age or older. This Site does not collect information from children. Your use of this Site conveys that you are accustomed to buying items based on photographs. Additionally, some content of the Web Site is not intended for minors. The contents of this site extends to a wide range of art and antiquities and may include nudity or other graphic content that some people may consider offensive. If you allow your child access to your computer, it's your responsibility to determine whether the content and subject matter displayed is inappropriate for your child as well as to control the child's use of the computer. Equally, if the content is offensive to you,  you should not use the Web Site.

5. ACCOUNTS, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

Registration may be required in order to access certain services offered on the site (including setting up a Zcollector ID and password).  You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Zcollector immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. You may unsubscribe at any time from the registered email account. For your security, this is the only method of cancellation which is accepted.

6. RETURN POLICY

Any antique, vintage, or new item you buy from Zcollector could be returned for store credit only. We do not charge a restocking fee. Store credit will be issued in the full amount of purchase price and taxes if applicable. Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges for full value of the item. Buyer will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost. Please review our Return Policy here.

 

6b. BESPOKE FURNITURE

Zcollector does not offer return on custom, made-to-order furniture and accessories.

We maintain appropriate security measures to keep your information private; it will never be disclosed to any 3rd party and will not be used to send unsolicited mail or email to you. We respect our customers' privacy and will use the utmost discretion when making any contact. We will only contact you for the following reasons:

Zcollector.com and its contents including all designs, graphics, template, text, photographs, trademarks and logos displayed on the Site are owned, controlled, or licensed by Zcollector or by third parties that have licensed their material and are protected by trade dress, copyright patent and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights. Except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Agreement, use of the site does not grant license to any content. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion or use of Zcollector's Proprietary Rights.
