Shipping Charges 

All prices quoted on Zcollector.com are in US dollars and exclusive of delivery charges unless otherwise stated. Your order will be shipped once we have verified your payment method and authorization to process your payment. 

Damaged in Transit 

Our alliance with some of the best local, national, and international shippers specialized in shipping of antiques and works of art allows us to ship safely and expeditiously. All orders are insured from loss or damage for the full value of the package and requires a signature upon delivery. In the unlikely event your package arrived damaged, please do not accept the package. The shipping company identified on your invoice must be notified immediately. Buyer's failure to inspect or failure to notify shipping company will result as a waiver of any claims by the buyer. 

Fashion 

Zcollecctor offers complimentary U.S. economy shipping on all orders from this collection. Offer excludes: Alaska, Hawaii, all territories of the United States, including American Somoa and U.S. Virgin Islands. Orders will ship within 3 business days. You will receive an email with confirmation number to track delivery status. If you would like to expedite shipping, please contact us  here. 


Furniture

Shipping methods are determined by type, size, fragility and other characteristics. Carrier rates are based on the value and size of the package. Rates will also change as expedited shipping methods are selected. Shipping cost will be confirmed via your order confirmation e-mail. Most items are shipped within 3-7 business days after payment. You may call us on 860-681-1028 or via our contact form here to request a shipping quote prior to purchase or proceed to checkout and verify your ship-to-address.Your credit card will not be charged. You will receive an email confirming shipping cost within 24 hours to view through your online account. If the quote is accepted, we will ship the item(s) after receiving your confirmation. You will receive an email with confirmation number to track delivery status. 

Non-Furniture

None furniture items will generally be shipped via FedEx or Priority Mail, requiring a signature upon delivery. Items are shipped at standard shipping rate based on the value of your order. If you would like to expedite shipping, contact us here or call 860-681-1028.

*Allow three (3) to seven (7) business days between the date of your order and date of delivery.

2nd Day
Your order must reach Zcollector before 11:00 AM EST. Your order will be delivered within (2) business days.Please contact our customer service to request this option.

Overnight

Your order must reach Zcollector before 11 AM  EST. Your order will be delivered the following business day. Please contact our customer service to request this option.
